Discover Papua New Guinea
"the land of the unexpected"

Ecotourism Melanesia is an independent tour operator with 20 years experience offering boutique soft adventure travel and tours in Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and other remote corners of the South Pacific.

Papua New Guinea borders will be open to fully vaccinated travellers without quarantine from early 2022. Local vaccination rates of the general public are likely to remain low for several years due to the difficulties of medical teams reaching millions of people living in the rural areas, but all airline and hotel staff, tour guides, entertainers etc that tourists are likely to come into contact with will be fully vaccinated and regularly tested.
Ecotourism Melanesia will resume offering
private independent touring arrangements only
from mid-2022.
Sign-up (shared) escorted tours will recommence in 2023
.
